Two years ago I thought of a storyline that would really put a spin on the series. Since then I have tried to get my ideas out to someone who could help. I don't care about having my ideas plagiarized I just want to bring my character to life. I hope you can help me. The characters name is Geminai Andromeda Garrison (the last name can be changed). She's sixteen years old and had moved to England from America in the past year. she also has a secret that even she doesn't know. she is a Time Lord. Her Biological Parents hid her on earth concealing her Time Lord Consciousness. The way I envisioned it her "parents" died in a house fire. Now orphaned she is sent to an Orphanage with her brother Cassey. Soon after she is adopted by a man in England and separated from her brother. Since then she has been picking pockets trying to earn enough money to bring him to England. The Doctor lands in London and runs into Geminai. She steals his hypersonic screwdriver.
